Mondays: Bring in pictures for our new letter of the week. Please allow your child to help find these pictures so they can talk about it to the class during Monday circle time.
Fridays: Bring in an item from home that begins with the letter of the week. Children will talk about it during circle time.
Homework worksheets will go home 2 times per week. The worksheets reinforce what we are learning in class. Please guide your child while completing the work and hand it back in by Friday of that week.
It is a good idea to practice writing the letter and number of the week for homework. Practice makes perfect!!! The children will describe to you how the letter/number is formed as they write it.
