Parents,
Next week, we’ll be starting research papers on famous people from the American Revolution. The 5th grade class selected topics yesterday.

If possible, please take your child to the library this weekend to find two books on his/her chosen person. Although I’ve asked that they have their books no later than Wednesday, 12/7, it would be great if they could bring in their books on Monday. That way, if anyone is having trouble finding a book, I can do some extra digging before Wednesday.

Your children have assured me they have not done a report in past years on the individuals they chose. If that is not the case, please let me know.
